Cleaning coordination is included in the monthly management fee.
Cleaning itself is charged separately; final price depends on the size of the property.
Attendance for Tradespeople / Service Provider

For being present at the property to provide access to or supervise tradespeople and service providers.
All prices exclude 21% IVA (VAT), unless otherwise stated.
External parts, materials, repairs and services supplied by third parties are not included and will be charged separately.
Prices may vary where additional work, exceptional circumstances or specific property requirements apply.
